Personal Coaching
Clarity for the life you are already living.
A two-hour coaching session for people at a crossroads—especially when a possible move is part of a much larger question.
Ask About a Session
A different kind of conversation
“You should not be surprised if I talk you out of moving.”
A move can be an excellent next chapter. It can also be an attempt to solve a problem that will travel with you. This is a place to slow down, tell the truth about what is happening, and decide with more of yourself present.
The two-hour clarity session
Make room for the question beneath the question.
Part one · The move
Should I move—or not?
We look at the practical facts, the felt experience of where you live now, and the hopes you have attached to somewhere else. There is no quota, no pressure, and no assumption that real estate is the answer. If staying is the wiser decision, I will say so.
Part two · The life around it
What wants your attention?
A move rarely exists in isolation. We make room for the relationships, health habits, goals, work, family rhythms, and questions of satisfaction that may be shaping the decision. The aim is not a perfect answer; it is honest clarity and a more grounded next step.
Why this work
Twenty years of witnessing what a home decision can hold.
Over two decades in Calgary real estate, I have coached people through decisions that looked like buying or selling but were also about divorce, a new child, grief, health changes, retirement, ambition, belonging, and the desire to live differently.
Coaching is a way of offering that part of my work directly. If a real-estate move follows, you will have a thoughtful guide. If it does not, the conversation was still worthwhile.
Who is the two-hour clarity session best suited for?
It is for people who sense that a possible move is connected to a wider life question. You may be restless in a home that still works on paper, entering a new season of family or work life, or simply unsure whether changing your address would truly change what needs to change.
Do I need to be planning a move?
No. The session can be useful when a move is only a thought, when you have already decided not to move, or when real estate is not part of the question at all. The value is in giving the decision the attention it deserves.
What kinds of questions can we bring into the room?
Alongside the decision to stay or go, we can explore the relationships, health habits, goals, work, family rhythms, and sense of satisfaction that may be shaping it. This is for honest reflection and practical perspective—not a sales presentation.
Will you try to convince me to move or hire you as my REALTOR®?
No. There is no expectation that you will buy, sell, or work with me in real estate. If staying put is the sounder choice, that is a good outcome. If you do move later, you will already know how I work.
When is a different kind of support a better fit?
If you need clinical mental-health care, relationship treatment, medical advice, crisis support, or legal or financial advice, a qualified professional in that field is the right place to begin. Coaching can complement thoughtful support; it does not replace it.
An important boundary
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical care.
Our conversation is a practical, reflective space for perspective and personal choice. If clinical, medical, or therapeutic support is the right next step, I will encourage you to seek a qualified professional.
